Young Adult Anabaptist Exchanges

Below are some of the ways young adults can be involved in MCC for one-year cross-cultural service experiences. (These are the programs with which the Connecting Peoples program in Honduras works, but there are other service opportunities with various time frames found on the MCC website. )

For young adults from the US or Canada, there is the SALT program. It is a year-long cross-cultural service experience where participants live with local host families, serving in a variety of assignments with partners in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin and Central America and the Middle East.

For young adults from Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, the program options are to serve in one of these places (YAMEN!), or to serve in the US or Canada (IVEP). It is similarly a year-long program.
